I have not been able to open the app from TV or my phone (Android) or my sister's phone (iPhone) for over a month. Today, I got charged the subscription fee. I tried to enter their website to cancel subscription from there, but even the website is not working. If I can't cancel it within the next month and I get charged again, I'm taking you to court. This is pure fraud - taking money for no service.

A lot of great stuff there, incl. educational , more value than most famous streaming services. However buying individual items is a bit frustrating

Problem. App does not open in my samsung after update + on my TV I paid for movie but did not open the movie and now movie expired. I guess there is a problem in server
